C. For Freedoms and Human Rights in General
D. For Monk Rights
E. For Woman Rights

20. Granting monks freedoms and rights of opinion, expression, meeting,
demonstration, association, and the right to vote, as other citizens.
Monks will have opportunity to undertake studies in all areas,
including overseas with the collaboration of Khmer pagodas and
Buddhist congregations over there.
