D. For Public Servants, Teachers, Policemen, Soldiers, and all State
Employees
E. For Factory Workers and Company Employees
F. For Rubber Plantation Workers and Family-Run Small Scale
Rubber Plantation owners
G. For Small Traders/Vendors
H. For Motodops and Taxi Drivers
I. For War Veterans
J. For Pupils and Students

63. Offering decent allowances or compensations for demobilized soldiers.
Future demobilization programs are to be free of corruption and
injustice toward the veterans. The government will continue to assist
demobilized soldiers in their search for jobs in agriculture, handicraft,
or commerce.
64. Preserving the rights and privileges of the demobilized soldiers as war
veterans, as the State is in debt for their national deed, regardless of
their past political persuasion.
